The World Usability Day was founded in 2005 as an initiative of the Usability Professionals’ Association to make products easier to access and simpler to use. Now we are in November again, looking forward to visiting World Usability Day 2009 in Graz!

“Galaxy Wallpaper”
1Those of you following me on Twitter may already know that I was recently working on a new wallpaper. I’m always in search of high resolution subtled wallpapers that make a great visual impact. Inspired by the well-known PS3 Earth Visualizer I’ve recently finished work on my brand new “Galaxy” wallpaper.

“Use Context Analysis – Quickguide”
0Recently I conducted a use context analysis at one of our customers near Los Angeles. Beside the amazing stay in beautiful California the preparation, conduction and evaluation of the analysis was once again quite interesting. It is always exciting to get to know our real users, their characteristics and the environment in which the product is used. For this reason I would like to share my experiences and the methodology of this analysis with you.
